Power Steering Service

Power steering fluid is the hydraulic fluid that transmits the power in the power steering system and also lubricates the entire system. Over time, the seals, O-rings and internal power steering components will wear out. When they break down, they contaminate the power steering fluid, which forces the power steering pump to work harder and eventually fail. The power steering service removes and replaces all the worn or contaminated fluid from the reservoir, pump, lines and power steering gearbox.
